Intellectual Property (The "Personal License") All materials provided—including video lessons, audio landscapes, and text—are the intellectual property of Stillmind. Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly screen the content. We track login patterns to prevent piracy.
Code of Conduct We prioritize focus and respect. Any user found harassing community members or attempting to scrape data from the platform will have their access revoked immediately without refund.
Privacy Policy
Data Minimalism We believe in "Data Minimalism." We only collect what is strictly necessary to service your account: your email, payment history, and course progress. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers. Your mental space is yours alone.
Cookies & Local Storage We use cookies solely to keep you logged in and remember your progress (e.g., which lesson you last completed). We use a privacy-first analytics provider that anonymizes IP addresses.
Security Your payment data is processed via Stripe/LemonSqueezy. We never touch or store your raw credit card information. All transmission is encrypted via SSL.
The "Fair Play" Guarantee We want you to feel safe investing in your mind. If you find the course isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Conditions To prevent abuse (e.g., downloading the whole course and asking for money back), refunds are only eligible if you have viewed less than 20% of the total curriculum.
